Engineering & Formulation
Our design technicians draft structural blueprints and develop custom molds tailored to specific brand parameters. For toothpaste development, we collaborate with Guangdong Pharmaceutical University to test and validate formula efficacy with clinical data.
Component Sourcing & Customization
Clients configure product specifications using verified raw materials. Handle substrates include high-tensile plastics or bio-based wheat straw, paired with filament options from DuPont and Pedex. Brand assets are integrated directly into the product via laser-engraving, silver-stamping, or injection molding.
Automated Mass Production
Manufacturing is scaled using German Zahoransky and Japanese Fanuc robotic systems to maintain dimensional tolerances. Toothpaste compounding and filling are executed in Class D cleanrooms. The facility currently sustains an annual manufacturing capacity exceeding 200 million toothbrushes.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
A 600m² on-site laboratory audits mechanical strength, bacteria resistance, and formula safety. Each production batch undergoes automated weight-checking and laser-coding for total supply chain traceability. Operations are certified under FDA, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, GMPC, and BSCI frameworks.
Retail Packaging & Logistics
Units are processed into retail-ready configurations, from single blister cards to multi-piece club packs. Finished inventory is managed within a 40-meter high automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS). The standard MOQ is 40,000 pieces per model, with typical lead times of 35 to 55 days.
